Colombia - Pink Bourbon

It's been a while since we showcased a Helena Salazar coffee. Maybe 3 years or so?.. Very hyped to have pulled in this washed pink bourbon that has a delicate approach to PB that we remember noting on coffee past from Helena. We’re getting lots of candied orange, perfumy fragrance, and a deeper rounded sweetness like treacle.
