Cyralux 6R clear sterile ready-to-fill glass vials provide a 5/6 mL nominal format in Type I borosilicate tubular glass. The vials are supplied washed, depyrogenated, and sterilized. The clear-glass format allows direct viewing of the vial and its contents during handling. These RTF vials arrive washed, depyrogenated, and sterilized, eliminating in-house vial washing, depyrogenation tunnels, and sterilization steps that consume cleanroom space, capital, validation effort, and time. Each vial is held finish-up and individually seated in a polypropylene nested tray, a configuration designed to prevent vial-to-vial and vial-to-metal contact. Nested Tray is intended for small-batch, semi-automated, or conventional in-line filling processes; confirm tray and line compatibility.
