After harvest, the beans are co-fermented with yeast and watermelon for five days, which is where the candy character comes from — so this is an intentionally flavour-forward coffee, not a natural fruit note. Then it's decaffeinated the Swiss Water® way: water only, no chemicals, with 99.9% of the caffeine gently removed while the flavour stays intact. It's the decaf for the after-dinner crowd, the 3pm-and-still-want-a-cup crowd, and anyone who loves coffee more than they love caffeine.
