Wella Pro+ Perform Perm Curl Neutraliser 400ml is a professional, ready-to-use neutraliser designed to complete the Wella Perform perm service and help lock in long-lasting, defined curls while leaving the hair feeling soft and touchable. Specially formulated for use with Wella Perform Perm Curl lotions, the neutraliser helps stabilise the newly formed curl structure for reliable, consistent salon results. Shake the neutraliser well before use. Apply approximately two-thirds of the neutraliser to the hair while still on the rods and leave for 5 minutes. Remove the rods, apply the remaining neutraliser and leave for a further 5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly and finish with an appropriate conditioner or post-treatment. Professional use only.
