Intense coral in colour with a ruby red tinge. A range of delicate floral aromas, tart red fruit: rhubarb, sour cherry, pomegranate, and cranberry, along with subtle notes of wild herb and white pepper. Bone-dry, crisp and a full-bodied rose’ with marked acidity. Enjoy a savoury and saline finish. Producer: Le Pianelle Varietals: Nebbiolo, Vespolina, Croatina Vinification/Ageing: The grapes are hand-picked from selected plots only. Fermentation occurs in a combination of steel barrels (90%) and used barrique barrels (10%). No malolactic. Ageing: 4 months in stainless steel. Alcohol: 13%
