Made with 60% artichokes and only the finest, most tender parts of the artichoke, this is one of those products we always keep in our fridge. The flavour is smooth, creamy and elegant, with a delicate touch of garlic that enhances the artichoke without overpowering it. Made with just a few pure ingredients: artichokes, olive oil, garlic and sea salt. Nothing else. We love it on warm crostini with a drizzle of olive oil, in a sandwich with grilled vegetables or tossed through fresh pasta with Parmigiano Reggiano.
