Rediscovered in an 1890 brewing journal in the East Sussex archives, Lost Brew No.156 has been faithfully recreated using heritage British barley, Sussex Fuggles and Kent Goldings hops. This deep golden amber ale is rich and complex, with notes of sweet malt, toffee, biscuit and ripe banana, creating a distinctive banoffee character balanced by a firm hop finish. A lost brew, brought back to life.
