Visual Comfort Vendome Wall Sconce

The Visual Comfort Vendome Wall Sconce, designed by Thomas O'Brien for Visual Comfort, is a decorative indoor wall light that pairs minimalist metalwork with a tapered fabric shade. Its restrained profile suits hallways, living rooms and bedrooms where a soft, ambient wall wash is required.Design cues include a circular, tiered backplate and a single slender metal arm that curves outward in a J-shape to support the shade. The fitting is available in multiple variants (three in this listing) and the contrast between the dark metalwork and the white shade creates a classic, balanced look.Constructed primarily from metal, the fixture shows a dark, matte finish (visually similar to aged iron or bronze) and a fine-weave white fabric shade that gently diffuses light. The tiered detailing on the backplate introduces a subtle architectural element while keeping the overall aesthetic clean and minimal. The vertical orientation of the shade directs light upwards and outwards, producing a soft ambient glow with reduced glare thanks to the fabric diffuser. This makes the sconce well suited for accent and general ambient lighting rather than concentrated task illumination. The circular backplate mounts flush to a standard wall junction box for hardwired installation. The product is rated IP22 for indoor use; lamp and driver details are not specified in the provided data, and the manufacturer warranty is listed as 1 year.
