Swiss Medifak

Swiss Medifak Developed and manufactured in collaboration with Medlife, the Swiss Medifak is designed to carry your first-aid equipment wherever you operate. Its removable insert can be fully configured according to your needs. Velcro and elastic retainers allow you to organize and secure your equipment across two panels. The lower section can accommodate a survival blanket, a Chest Seal, dressings, or a mini-protocol. The pouch thickness can be adjusted according to the volume of equipment carried, allowing the IFAK to remain as slim and compact as possible. Worn on the back, it remains comfortable and, when configured compactly, has a thickness close to that of your ballistic vest. A tourniquet can be positioned on the upper section, while scissors can be secured on either side with elastic retainers, keeping them quickly accessible. Built from durable CORDURA® 500/500D, it attaches to your vest using the MOLLE system. It can also be worn on a belt using its side loops or MOLLE system. Additional MOLLE webbing on the underside of the IFAK allows you to attach additional equipment depending on your configuration and mission requirements. The identification cross is removable and interchangeable, allowing you to easily customize the IFAK.
