It is thicker than regular plastic wrap and good for surfaces, bottles or even wrapping a tattoo. If home composted or sent to a landfill, this wrap decomposes within 9 months only leaving CO2 and water behind. Our wrap is a combination of PLA and PBAT bio-plastic. Combined with its considered thickness these materials are able to breakdown outside of industrial composting facilities. We've tested both in a home compost scenario and buried in dirt with no aeration and this material completely decomposes.
