Over the years, Keith has been fortunate enough to select several outstanding Wathen’s barrels. Unfortunately, one of those barrels was lost in a tragic vehicle accident, but thanks to Sam Medley, we were given the opportunity to select a replacement — and this one is absolutely fantastic. Sam knows Keith’s palate so well that he personally pre-selects samples based on the profiles we love at Southern Spirits. This barrel is another perfect example of that relationship and the exceptional whiskey it continues to produce.
