The DriverMap™ AIR DNA Assay for Mouse is a streamlined, NGS-based assay that enables you to quantify T-cell and B-cell clonality with unprecedented accuracy, even with low-input DNA. By targeting the CDR3 (Complementarity-Determining Region 3)—the hypervariable fingerprint of immune receptors—this reagent kit provides a high-resolution snapshot of the immune repertoire directly from mouse genomic DNA.
