Distilled in 2010 and matured in a Pedro Ximénez puncheon before a finishing period in the same cask type, this 15 year old expression brings together the classic nutty, fruity character of Dufftown spirit with the deep, sweet influence of PX wood. Nose: rum and raisin ice cream, Bounty Bar and marmalade. Taste: hailing from Dufftown, just a short broom ride from Hogwarts, one senses dark magic afoot here. Luxuriously indulgent - Black Forest Gateau, molten Demerara sugar, orange bitters and milk chocolate coated toffees. Nautilus levels of depth - an absolute wizard of a whisky.
