Ernst Loosen has a deep connection to this site, and his Grosses Gewächs bottling is always a highlight of the range, capturing both the finesse and power the vineyard is known for. The 2024 vintage gave fruit of great balance, with crisp acidity matched by depth of flavour. True to tradition, fermentation took place with wild yeasts in large old oak casks, followed by extended lees aging to bring detail and texture without clouding the vineyard’s natural expression.
