Raj Parr Scythians White Palomino 2021

This wine is a 2021 biodynamic and natural Palomino blend from the Lopez Vineyard in California, aged in Sherry botas and old oak barrels.

• The wine includes 95% Palomino and 5% unknown red and white varieties.
• The vineyard has never been sprayed or treated and has been left unpruned for several years.
• The grapes were fermented with native yeasts and rested for 6 months to complete malolactic conversion.
