The Keepsake Bar by Upon A Star is a luxury baby shower experience where guests create personalized keepsakes for the mommy-to-be and her little one. From custom baby onesies to thoughtful personalized touches, each piece is made live at the event using our professional heat press and boutique-style setup. Designed to be interactive, memorable, and picture-perfect, The Keepsake Bar allows guests to design adorable keepsakes that become treasured memories long after the shower ends. Our upscale mobile setup includes premium materials, custom design options, and a beautifully styled display that adds a unique and unforgettable touch to your celebration. Perfect for baby showers, gender reveals, sip & sees, and luxury baby events. All parties are subject to an 18% gratuity/travel fee. Payment & Deposits: Parties are billed in advance to secure your party date. We do accept 50% as a deposit to hold your reservation. For deposit arrangements call 210-502-0004. Party Reservation, Cancellation & Refund Policy All party reservations are subject to the following policy: Rescheduling: Parties may be rescheduled at no additional fee. We are happy to work with you to find a new date that works for everyone. Refunds: Refunds are available only if the cancellation is made within 24 hours of the original booking. Store Credit: Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the event date will receive full store credit (no cash or card refunds). Cancellations within 14 days: Cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled party date are non-refundable and non-transferable, as staffing and supplies have already been secured. Making Slime: This service involves creating a fun and colorful slime that can be customized to each customer's preferences. Customers can pick from a variety of textures, colors, scents, charms, and glitter to create a slime that is uniquely their own. Whether they want a fluffy slime with a fruity scent and glittery charms, or a stretchy slime with a cool metallic sheen, the possibilities are endless. Our team will guide customers through the process and help them create the perfect slime that they'll love to play with again and again.
