The Original Newcastle London Dry Gin Miniature 50ml

Lovingly created at our commercial distillery within the ancient Newcastle City walls at Bealim House, Gallowgate. It takes over seventy-two hours for us to lovingly create our light floral gin using a combination of age-old distilling techniques, including maceration and vapour infusion through a 450L traditional copper pot still with our vapour botanical basket. We even use Newcastle City water to take down the final "new make spirit" from 78% to a strong but hearty 40%. Our original London dry gin with subtle notes of juniper, sumac, orange peel, Iranian hibiscus, rose petal and coriander. Gold medal award winner at the 2020 World Gin Awards. 700ml bottle 43% abv
