WHAT'S IT LIKE? NOSE - A basket of fresh red berries - strawberry, cranberry, toffee apple - lifted by vegetal and herbal edges that keep things honest. Intensely aromatic and immediate, like something just picked. PALATE - This is a young wine and it knows exactly what it is - bright-fruited, fresh, and immediately likeable. Strawberry and cranberry lead with a crispness that feels almost celebratory, bright acidity keeping everything alive and mouth-watering. The texture is silky and light-footed, yet there's a surprising mid-palate weight for such a young wine - structure that suggests patience will be rewarded.
