they run on the bigger side but have a drawstring so you can pull them as tight as you want ! I cant say it enough - These are amazing!! so soft, fleece, 26" inseam 41" total length, 13" waist, stretches more I suggest sizing down, but it would work if you get your normal size just need to pull drawstring tight !
