For "Quantity", indicate the number of children you're registering per date chosen. At least one adult must accompany. Adults and children under 3 are FREE with a registered child. This July we are opening The Story Barn and its grounds for our 6th annual Wonder & Wander program! Each Wednesday in July, we’re offering to families the best of childhood summers… a full morning of self-led wondering and wandering: Outdoor play. Process art. Adventure in nature. Hands-on exploring. And story times with Frieda B. author Renata Bowers. We’ll dive into a different weekly theme to flavor our play, art, adventure and story offerings. So every Wednesday is unique. Register for as many as you like. Those who register for four or five weeks receive a complimentary Frieda B. coloring book! Also: Each registered child will receive a backpack ring with a commemorative W&W 2026 charm – plus a different charm for each event. When you arrive on the day of your event, you'll be given a space with two Adirondack chairs on our expansive front acreage, to serve as your home base. (Feel free to bring a blanket & snacks to add to the experience!) Then you'll have 2.5 hours to use as you like (come and leave when you like), to explore, observe, play, create everything we have waiting for you that day. Dress appropriately - closed-toe shoes, please. We don't let a few sprinkles deter us... when necessary, we provide shelter.
