Scandinavian mid century wall unit in teak, 1960s

This Scandinavian mid-century teak shelving unit was made in the 1960s. It features three shelves and one cabinet with three drawers. Overall Dimensions: H: 203 cm W: 77.5 cm D: 37 cm Lower cabinet: H: 43 cm W: 75 cm D: 37 cm. The cabinet features 3 drawers, each with an internal height of 11.5 cm, 3 three shelves measuring 20 × 75 cm 4 rails 101.5 cm long The drawer cabinet has a carefully selected veneer on the front, which, together with the carved, wooden handles, creates a coherent modernist look. Shelves are mounted with golden, brass hangers on solid wood rails, and they can be placed lower or higher using regularly placed slots in the rails. It makes the piece not only stylish but also functional. It can be a perfect entry wall unit, or a decoration for a living room or a bedroom. The unit has been fully renovated and up-cycled. We combine old parts from various units to create fully functional, consistent pieces that represent the mid century modern spirit.
