What began as cattle pasture has been steadily reworked since 1995 to a coffee focused landscape with 15 of those hectares planted with caturra and castillo. It was in 2005 that the focus then shifted towards specialty production of these coffee trees and the planting of additional varieties, including the popular pink bourbon. Beyond the coffee trees, the Buenos Aires farm homes 8 hectares in natural reserve, maintaining its natural environment for a healthier ecosystem. Coffee producer Beto Narvaez was raised in the rhythm of field work. He stepped into his own farm at 25 and, now at 57, continues to shape Buenos Aires alongside his son. That generational handover is felt not just in the day-to-day work, but in the willingness to evolve: from traditional practices into more controlled, intentional processing.
