2 Yard Tuesday: Navy Cotton Satin Ribbon Striped

This piece is slightly over 2 yards and has a tiny flaw with the ribbon about 1 yard in. There is a special machine that makes this, it's a mystery, the base is a nice medium weight crisp cotton with good body for many types of garments, shirts, dresses, skirts, then there are little rayon ribbons with one edge woven into the fabric so it looks kind of like a satin tuck, you cannot tell on the opposite side.
