Edge banding hot melt glue is a thermoplastic EVA-based adhesive used in automatic and semi-automatic edge banders to bond PVC, ABS, melamine, acrylic, and veneer edge bands onto particleboard, MDF, and plywood. At Asia Edge Banding, we manufacture EVA hot melt granules using 100% imported EVA raw materials, available in two application temperature ranges — 150–180°C and 180–210°C — to match every edge banding machine from Homag and Biesse to Nanxing and Jidong.
