Australian Brand Semi Hollow Chunky Silver PaperClip Style Necklace, 39.7g, 45.5cm

Started by Michael Hill Jewellers the brand Medley was short lived - conceived as a ethically sourced jewellery subsidiary it did not last. Made at some point since 2020 this gorgeous paperclip chain graduates to up and down to leave the front as a fabulous statement and the edges and back as the more traditional paperclip chain that has been in fashion for the last decade or so. This necklace is semi hollow - and probably just as well - or it would weight a tonne. The construction is nice and chunky and there are no dents (a testament to the chunk) Particulars: Length 45.5cm Weight 39.7g Width biggest 27 x 14.2 x 4.75mm smallest 19 x 7.5 x 2mm Hallmarks "925 MEDLEY" Condition - some surface scratches and the start of patina build up. This piece has been cleaned but not over polished. Some solder marks are visible. Care - As a general rule - jewellery should not be worn for strenuous tasks that may put pressure, chemicals and weight on them (think cleaning, gym, swimming/spa, carrying things). Jewellery should be inspected checked every six months by a jeweller to check for wear. Please be aware that this item is pre-loved and therefore is NOT new. Stones may have tiny marks, chips or flea bites, metal will have marks of wear like surface scratches; but any bigger flaws will be clearly highlighted above.
