This wine is a cuvée made from 100% Nebbiolo grapes sourced from five of Barolo's most famous vineyards: Brunate, Liste, Cerequio, Cannubi, and Raviole. After a 15-day fermentation, the wine matures for a minimum of 24 months in large wooden barrels, followed by 12 months in the bottle. Tasting Notes In the glass, it reveals intense aromas of sweet red cherries, refined leather, tobacco, and spices. On the palate, notes of sweet tobacco, cedar, candied fruit, and flowers emerge, with a round, silky-smooth finish. The wine is very powerful and has an impressive structure, thanks to firm but perfectly ripe tannins that provide a long aging potential. Food Pairing This versatile Barolo is an excellent partner for a variety of dishes. Think of red meat like beef and lamb, but also game and stews.
