Antique French Cleaver

It's been a while since we've offered these antique French cleavers. Much like the copper we find in the antique markets, they require a full restoration. If you've not had the experience of chopping herbs or breaking down a chicken with these extremely sharp carbon steel blades, trust us when we say you'll be a convert. Fully restored and made of carbon steel Condition consistent with age and use. Please note carbon steel can pit and rust, so care is needed to keep the blade dry and treated with mineral oil.
