Capellini

Capellini, also known as “angel hair,” is a super thin long-cut of pasta that shines with sauces and ingredients that are light in texture and flavor: fresh tomato, olive oil, lemon, basil, scallops and shrimp. We love adding Capellini to broth-based soups. A variety of pasta dishes are based on it and it is frequently served with tomato sauce, meat or vegetables. Capellini may often be confused with noodles, however Capellini is made from 100% Durum Wheat Semolina and noodles are made of Maida.
