A three-evening immersive experience designed to quiet mental noise, awaken creativity and restore inner grounding through movement, breathwork, sensory practices and intentional ritual. Day 1: Attention & Sensory Recalibration Shifting from mental overstimulation to sensory clarity Breathwork, nervous system decompression and sensory awareness practices to shift from overstimulation to clarity. Day 2: Embodied Cognition & Creative Flexibility Expanding creative responsiveness through movement and awareness Movement, interoceptive awareness and open monitoring practices to dissolve mental rigidity and expand creative responsiveness. Day 3: Regulation, Recovery & Internal Coherence Building sustainable calm, clarity and nervous system resilience Restorative postures, Yoga Nidra and personal ritual design to build sustainable calm and nervous system resilience. We close with a warming tea and snack. What you build over three evenings, you carry home. Alisha ( @alishanetalkaryoga ) is an Integrative Yoga Therapist and Meditation Facilitator based in Goa, India. Her approach is grounded, integrates the body and mind equally and is highly individualistic, considering each person's unique traits and personality. She started her career as a fashion stylist, spending close to a decade in the industry working with magazines such as Milano Finanza Fashion, L’Officiel and Elle India. Besides being certified from the Sivananda lineage, she has been extensively mentored in the Bihar School of Yoga tradition, has undergone over 2 years of study in yoga philosophy and is currently at the tail-end of an intensive 800-hr Yoga Therapy certification from the IAYT-accredited Svastha Yoga & Ayurveda (The Mohan Family, from the Krishnamacharya lineage). Moreover, Alisha draws the soul of her teaching from her ever-evolving personal practice, which she has nurtured for 17 years. *** To get the most from this experience, we ask that you join us for all three evenings.
