VELOCITY MEDITATIONS INDIVIDUAL PRACTICE sm The Velocity Meditations manual includes fifteen meditations, fourteen of which were practiced during the Arica School Reunion in 2000. It is available to those who attended the Reunion and have entered into The State and have mastery over it. The meditations can be practiced individually or in a series at any time with or without a daily routine. The suggested series is outlined in the Introduction and the indications of the meditations are presented in a format that is easy to follow, giving an immediate experience of the State.
