The farm has been in the family for generations, with a steady shift toward quality-focused production and direct relationships through Sancoffee. Ripe cherry is handpicked and fermented in open-air conditions before being dried slowly on patios. The process is simple in approach but tightly managed, allowing the coffee to build structure without losing clarity. In the cup, it leans toward depth rather than brightness. There’s a sherry-like sweetness, soft date character, and a silky texture that carries through the middle. It stays composed, with a clean finish that keeps everything in place.
