Colombia Maximino Guitierrez Tejada Gesha Washed Filter - Single Origin. Maximino Gutierrez’s life in coffee began with his father, from whom he learnt both his craft and his passion. Raised in a traditional family in Rioblanco, Maximino spent his early years helping on the farm wherever he could. Rioblanco is known for its turbulent past, which forced many families to abandon their land. For Maximino, staying and continuing in coffee was not without its challenges, but his commitment to the land persisted. Maximino remains deeply motivated by the constant learning that coffee offers. He values the exchange of knowledge with others in the industry, always seeking to refine his practices and improve quality. He is dedicated to passing on his experience to the next generation; his sons. His pursuit of quality has already been recognised in the Cup of Excellence.
