Cork of the North Vinho Verde 2024 (Portugal)

Here it is! This is the second vintage of our own-production Vinho Verde, made in conjunction with our great friends at Vila Nova - and is still our biggest-selling wine. Its popularity is all down to the taste - an instant crowd pleaser, with citrus and tropical fruit flavours. This wine is simply SUNSHINE IN A GLASS - and who doesn’t need a bit of sunshine in these cold winter months? Floral, citrus and gentle tropical aromas lead on to a palate which is deliciously off-dry with flavours of ripe melon and a sherbet lemon acidity. The finish is refreshing with a classic spritz. The Vinho Verde vineyards are exposed to the Atlantic Ocean winds and influence, promoting freshness and a satisfying saline quality. Enjoy our Vinho Verde on its own with friends, or alongside a delicate pasta topped with lemon zest.
