We've been purchasing the communal lot from Hunapú for over 15 years, and this year we're highlighting lots from invidividual producers who contribute to this exceptional blend. This coffee comes from Rosalio Martínez, a coffee producer who has been growing coffee for over 25 years. Cultivating Bourbon, Caturra, Pache, and Java varieties, his coffee has a tropical and citrus fruit brightness, with sweet notes of chocolate.
