Chocolate Chai leads with roasted cacao husk, bringing a smooth, dark chocolate note that layers seamlessly into bold black tea and traditional chai spices. We source our cacao with care, prioritizing ethical and responsible growers, then roast in-house to develop its rich, full-bodied character before blending. The result is a cacao that’s not just flavorful, but thoughtfully handled from start to finish. Cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and a touch of pepper build warmth and complexity, while the cacao softens the edges—creating a cup that’s rich, balanced, and just a little indulgent without tipping into sweetness. Excellent on its own, and especially good with milk for a mocha-like finish. Familiar, but with more depth—this is chai with a darker side.
