2025 Pierre Antonin Grapivore Rouge
Grapivore is a new generation red wine, light and ultra-refreshing, made from the resistant Artaban grape variety. With only 11% alcohol, it seduces with its freshness, its aromas of crisp red fruits, and its reduced ecological footprint, for a pure, modern, and responsible wine to quench your thirst This relatively early-ripening grape variety is harvested at maturity with only 11% alcohol potential. Part of the Artaban is vinified using carbonic maceration (whole uncrushed grapes) and the other part is crushed and vinified gently. Aged in stainless steel vats to preserve its brightness. Pairing Suggestions: Pizza. Tasting Note: A vibrant red wine that is light and airy! On the nose, aromas of juicy cherry, crisp raspberry, and a hint of white pepper. On the palate, the texture is supple and fluid, with lovely liveliness and very discreet tannins. The finish is clean, fresh, almost salty… A thirst-quenching wine par excellence. Origin: Carcassonne, Languedoc, France Blend: Artaban
