Our Blue Quarry range pays homage to the bluestone quarry in which our winery finds its home. Crafted from exceptional single vineyard sites, these wines showcase nuance, craftsmanship and a profound connection to the land, inviting a journey through the distinct character of each vineyard. Soft red fruits, herbal lifts and cherry red flavours abound on this gently structured and tightly wound wine. Layers of biscuit red fruit and strawberry shortcake adorn a long and medium bodied palate with a finish of lifted perfume and spice.
