B.V. stands for Vertical port orientation. The pump head's inlet and outlet sit vertically rather than horizontally (B.O. = Horizontal). It's a mounting and plumbing decision - same internals, just different port axis. F00250V00 = Vertical, F00250H00 = Horizontal. Does the pump-only version include a nozzle and hose? No. The pump-only B.V. version is just the pump head plus an access key.
