DINGLE ORANGE & SEA SALT GIN

Introducing a bold new expression of Dingle Gin, inspired by the wild Atlantic coastline. Crafted in collaboration with West of Dingle Sea Salt, this release combines bright, zesty orange with a subtle saline lift, delivering a fresh and beautifully balanced flavour. Rooted in local provenance and distilling, this is a modern twist on Dingle Gin. Botanicals: Built on the same award-winning botanical recipe as Dingle Gin, enhanced with two distinctive additions: Orange: Crafted using hand-selected Spanish oranges. Washed, cut, deseeded, macerated and distilled separately in a small copper still for maximum extraction of orange flavour which is blended into our award winning Dingle Gin. West of Dingle Sea Salt: Created in collaboration with a local family run business on the Dingle Peninsula. Hand-harvested from the Atlantic Ocean in its purest form. Naturally pure and unrefined sea salt adds a subtle minerality, balance and smooth coastal character to the gin which added to the final liquid. ALC/VOL: 40%
