Mandomashe

This coffee marks a welcome return to Mandomashe AMCOS from Tanzania's Mbozi District. We first worked with coffees from this community a few years ago and are excited to reconnect with Keremba Warioba and the producers behind the project. In the time since, the work around quality, processing, and producer independence has continued to grow through Communal Shamba, an organisation focused on helping producers access better resources, stronger market connections, and greater long-term sustainability. The coffee is fully washed and processed through a shared Central Processing Unit before being carefully dried, milled, and sorted for export. In the cup, it brings together sweetness and structure. Plum sits at the centre of the profile, supported by bright lemon-lime acidity and a zesty finish that gives the coffee energy without overwhelming it. It's a coffee we're pleased to have back on the table. Familiar in some ways, but reflecting just how much this community has continued to develop over the years.
