Domaine Marie de Louvoy is currently made by Alix Chaudoreille, the wife of the winemaker for neighboring Bruno Dangin estate and after working with her husband for years, has created her own line of wines in an even drier, more mineral-driven style. Their vineyards sit just over the Champagne border in the town of Molesme, so although this is technically a ‘cremant de Bourgogne’, it is Champagne through and through in everything but name. 100% Pinot Noir, bright, fresh, bone-dry on the finish.
