This event will occupy both wings of the Civic Center, creating two dedicated vendor halls connected through the main lobby. Attendees will have access to both rooms throughout the day, ensuring traffic flows across the entire venue. Whether you’re buying, selling, trading, grading, or showcasing your collection, Maitland offers an excellent opportunity to connect with one of Florida’s fastest-growing TCG communities. Table Numbers: A01–A39 B Tables — $80 Our standard vendor locations offering excellent exposure and value while maintaining access to all attendee traffic throughout the event. Venue Layout & Table Selection The Maitland Civic Center is divided into two connected exhibit halls. East Wing A Tables A01–A17 B Tables B01–B26 The East Wing is located adjacent to the primary attendee entrance and check-in area, making it one of the first spaces guests encounter upon arrival. West Wing A Tables A18–A39 B Tables B27–B43 The West Wing serves as the second primary vendor hall and features additional attendee traffic generated by the M&M Video Games activation area. Please review the venue map carefully prior to booking. Your selected product corresponds directly to the table number shown on the floorplan. Co-vendors must be approved in advance. Vendors are responsible for supplying table coverings, displays, and merchandise fixtures. Setup must be completed prior to attendee admission. Only approved trading card game, gaming, collectible, artist, and hobby-related merchandise may be sold. Counterfeit items, unauthorized reproductions, and prohibited merchandise are not permitted.
