Roastery Tour Every Saturday at 10:00 AM Step behind the bar and experience coffee from the seed to final cup. Roastery Tour is a guided one-hour program at Paradigm Spark that takes you through the key stages of specialty coffee, from green coffee to roasting, brewing, and sensory experience. The program begins at our Experience Bar with a welcome coffee and an introduction to the session. From there, we move into the roasting room, where you will get a closer look at what happens behind the scenes. During the tour, you will explore the visual differences between various green beans through samples, then compare their aromas to understand how processing can already begin shaping a coffee’s character before roasting. We will walk through the fundamentals of coffee processing at origin, including fermentation and drying, in a clear and approachable way. You will then watch a live roasting demonstration while learning the essential ideas behind roasting, what the data on the screen means, how the roasting process develops coffee, and what roasting can and cannot change in the final flavours. After the roast, we return to the Experience Bar to taste brewed coffees from the same green samples introduced earlier, connecting processing, roasting, and flavour in the cup. This program is designed as an easy to follow experience filled with visual, aromatic, and flavour based learning. It is a chance to better understand the many steps, decisions, and efforts behind the coffee we serve every day. Whether you are new to specialty coffee or simply curious to learn more, Roastery Tour offers a deeper look into the journey from origin to cup.
