Product Information: ⚡️ Valcon 314Ah LiFePO4 3.2V Grade A+ ⚡️ These Cells are Original LiFePO4 cells directly from DEJIN, with certificate, and the actual capacity of the cells are 325–340Ah (each cell is individually tested and signed by the inspector). ✔️ 314Ah capacity – Ideal for energy storage projects ✔️ Grade A quality – Automated production, tested with precise measuring equipment ✔️ 8000+ cycles – Long lifespan for sustainable energy supply ✔️ QR code engraved – Each cell individually marked ✔️ Balanced cells – Ready for immediate use and of the highest quality Important Installation Notice: To avoid contact resistance, the following points must be observed: ✔️ Thoroughly clean the battery terminals with ethanol or pure alcohol to remove oxide layers. ✔️ The terminals must not be touched with greasy fingers – they must be absolutely grease-free and clean. ✔️ Ideally, the contacts should be cleaned with a brass brush or fine sandpaper (grit 1000). ✔️ The contact surfaces of the cell connectors must also be carefully cleaned. ❌ The use of assembly greases, copper paste, or similar substances must be strictly avoided – they cause contact resistance, which can lead to heat generation and measurement errors during operation. As a result, the full capacity of the cells cannot be utilized. 🔧 Tighten the M6 screws with a torque of 6 Nm. NOTE We recommend a maximum discharge down to 2.70 V and a maximum charge of each cell up to 3.50 V. 48.0 V system: Max. voltage 56.0 V, Max. discharge 43.3 V 24.0 V system: Max. voltage 28.0 V, Max. discharge 21.65 V 12.0 V system: Max. voltage 14.0 V, Max. discharge 10.82 V Warranty The warranty period is 5 years from the date you receive. We only replace new cell for free due to the failure of manufacturing. Before the shipment, we will detect the cell voltage/resistance/appearance and other issues. we can only ensure that single cell is good before the shipment. When arrival you can test the cells within 1 week, if you found problems please contact us for refund or replace. Any return behavior buyers need to be responsible for shipping fee.
