Mango Sorbet

Mango Sorbet is a soufflé texture scented mango sorbet this was originally released 2 years ago In a frozen treats restock and was originally a kind of cloud creme. I tweaked the texture just a little to now be my soufflé texture which is a blend of different glues, a lot of Snow and a smidge of clay. The result is a super sizzly, chubby, frothy and foamy texture that feels a lot like playing with sherbet or gelato. Although there’s a lot of snow, it’s very well structured and had good resistance and will even make soft pops though the sizzles are the star. True to its name, this smells like fresh mango sorbet. It’s fruity, sweet and a little creamy. So yummy!!
