Family Pasta Night: Fresh Pasta & Tiramisu Spend a delicious evening cooking together in this hands-on family pasta-making class. Families will learn how to make fresh pasta from scratch, starting with simple dough mixing and kneading before rolling, cutting, and shaping the pasta into classic styles. Our instructors will guide everyone step by step, making the process approachable, fun, and easy for both kids and adults to join in. This class is designed as a shared cooking experience, giving families the chance to work together, learn basic pasta-making techniques, and enjoy the satisfaction of turning simple ingredients into a fresh handmade meal. At the end of class, families will sit down together to enjoy the pasta they created, followed by a serving of tiramisu for dessert. It’s a relaxed, family-friendly way to spend time together, learn something new, and enjoy a fresh pasta dinner right here at NY Cake Academy. NY Cake Academy classes are held in our Manhattan flagship at 118 W 22nd St. All supplies and materials included, but if you require any special accomodations please don't hesitate to contact us at custom@nycakeacademy.com. Our classes are hands-on, interactive experiences. So, please dress accordingly. We recommend wearing casual clothing that you won’t mind getting a little sugar on, and flat comfortable shoes. Open toed shoes and sandals are not recommended as this is a safety concern when working within a kitchen. Long hair should be tied back.
