Red Campion Print

Tess Newall’s collection of botanical paintings reimagines antique botanical etchings. Referencing plants often found in her murals, nine plant studies have been painted using gouache and reproduced as fine art prints. The collection includes English wildflowers such as wood sorrel, lady’s thimble and forget-me-not. Red Campion ~ a familiar wildflower throughout the summer, red campion is also known as the ‘fairy flower’ in English folklore, growing in wild places often associated with enchantment - woodland edges, hedgerows and shaded paths.
