Extra heavy flannel fabric

This fabric is an original fabric woven by UES for their own products. You won't find it anywhere else. It's made for thick shirts to wear in cold weather. The reverse side of the fabric is brushed, making it soft and warm to the touch. It's 100% cotton, but has the volume of wool. It also features a large check pattern. Thick threads are dyed and woven slowly on old-fashioned looms. By weaving slowly, the threads are not pulled too tightly, making it possible to weave a fluffy, voluminous fabric. There are only a few machines in operation in Japan that can weave this fabric, making it an extremely valuable material. It can be used for a wide range of purposes, including clothing and home decor. You can choose from several colors and patterns for each size. All fabrics on the same product page are the same thickness, even if the color and pattern are different. (The warp and weft threads are the same thickness and density.) Yarn-dyed check is made by dyeing the threads first and then combining the warp and weft threads to create a check pattern. This is different from printed flannel, which creates a pattern through printing. Texture: The back is brushed, giving it a warm, soft feel. Woven on a power loom, it is a bulky and voluminous fabric. Because it is unwashed, it will shrink slightly after washing, but the weave of the fabric will become denser and it will become even thicker. Size: 114cm wide, Several lengths are available.
