MBW Europe – D.B.S Double Beam Screed

The Double Beam Screed is designed so that maximum vibration is concentrated on the leading beam, with lighter vibration applied to the following beam to achieve a smooth concrete finish. It is strongly built from jig welded steel and has been designed for use in the toughest of site conditions, enabling concrete to be laid efficiently and with less effort than conventional screeding methods, with the added advantage of increased vibration for enhanced consolidation of the slab/workpiece. Beams are available at 4.2m, 5.2m, 6.2m and 7.2m lengths as standard (others available on request). Aluminium sets are available as optional extras and sold complete with threaded tie-bars and wooden packers as standard.
