Tricyrtis ssp. - Striped Form, Toad Lily

New to us! Variegated specimen with undulating leaves purchased at Wild Plants Uraroji no Giboushi Nursery. This form caught the eye of our nursery owner, Leonard Foltz, during his 2024 trip to Japan. White flowers, purple spotting, and a more petite habit than many of its relatives. Fall-blooming. Best grown in part sun or light shade in moisture-retentive soils. Mature size: 1.5- 2 ft T x W Minimum temperature: -15° F (Tricyrtis ssp. JP24-12)
